If your life feels chaotic, it may not be because you’re failing—it may be because you’re living without rhythm.
In Genesis 1–2, God forms what is formless, establishes boundaries, creates with intention, and then rests. Creation shows us a blueprint for peace: order, alignment, and rest that comes from trust.
In this episode, we’ll explore how God-centered rhythms strengthen your spirit and support your body so you can live free, healthy, and purposeful.
